  • My rates range from $200-250 per hourly session, which includes all pre and post session work, exercises and notes.

For every hour of client session time , I typically spend an additional hour on prep and post-session work, making my effective hourly rate ~$113.

Initial minimum commitment = 3 sessions + free review session.

Any support beyond that is based on a custom proposal I prepare, based on a well-defined outcome we commit to in partnership. The pace and duration of support is linked to that specific outcome and could represent a short or long term partnership.

  • I’m open to discussing payment plans, but only following the initial commitment of 3 sessions + free review session. I need to be assured you’re willing to invest your time and money into the process to achieve results.

  • I use Stripe as my payment processor, which accepts most payment methods and currencies. Direct bank transfer is also an option.

I convert my USD rate to a client’s preferred billing currency whenever necessary and I do not pass on any associated fees to my clients.

  • I believe in adapting our focus to your changing priorities but also recommend that one session focuses on one objective that we work to define at the start.

Sessions are often focused on developing new insight, plans, tools and techniques specific to the challenge we’re focused on.

Following each session, I take 24 hours to organize notes and formulate next steps designed to help drive progress and those may involve the practice of new skills with the help of a structured exercise.

Much of your progress will be accomplished in between sessions and I am open to unlimited communications between sessions to support and encourage your progress.

  • Be present and honest in each session.

Complete the next steps and exercises I assign in between each session, to the best of your ability. Time commitments between sessions will vary but generally range from 1-3 hours.

Stay consist with session bookings to help maintain accountability to progress. The pacing of sessions is entirely flexible, but I do generally recommend a cadence of one session every 1-2 weeks for optimal results.

  • Because coaching is not my primary source of income, I believe I’m able to be more objective about the kind of support I recommend, even if that means referring you to a specialist for one of your objectives.

My holistic approach pulls from life & executive coaching, commercial acumen built across 6 different industries and consultative techniques for more direct advice, where appropriate.

I offer customized tools, techniques and exercises that help drive progress and detailed session notes so you can stay relaxed and present in each session and have something to refer to and reflect on.

My practice is built on real business & corporate experience to Director level and my core skills in communication, empathetic motivation and creative design.
