About Ben

My professional life has been incredibly rewarding. I’ve built valuable skills and experience, I’ve had the opportunity to live in six different countries and travel all over the world. I’ve also worked alongside inspiring leaders - several of whom took an interest in me and helped me progress from an analyst to a global director.

But, in all honesty, I believe I’m a better coach for all the mistakes I made along the way:

The great roles I had that felt like a grind, simply because of how I approached them. The titles and salary bands I was fixated on. My impatience, succumbing to introversion, bad habits - it was all there.

And I wouldn’t change a thing! That rat race I felt a part of built my finances, gave me confidence, credibility, valuable skills, lasting relationships, and most importantly, the time I needed to mature as a person.

The maturity to accept myself and all my imperfections . Maturity to learn the importance of accepting others and their imperfections. Maturity to use my ego more effectively. And, perhaps most importantly, maturity to work at understanding myself and then face into how I needed to change to make what I wanted a reality.

My clients comes to me for different reasons and at different stages of similar journeys. I see my work as an accelerant for these processes, as we all look to experience better health, greater wealth, deeper relationships and longer lasting fulfilment.

After 2 decades growing up in the Tri-State area of the U.S., I only started to understand myself and the world around me after moving to Amsterdam and then to London where I spent the majority of my early career. Now, I’ve relocated to my wife’s home country of Latvia. We both work remotely from our countryside home, which affords us time to ensure a healthy balance between work and our (clearly) growing family.

As I approach my forties, I can say with confidence, I’m the happiest I’ve ever been. My relationships with my clients and what they’ve been able to achieve through our work together are big reasons why.

My purpose is to help my clients feel free and empowered to take action in pursuit of the life they truly want to lead.

I believe that most lines of work can offer meaning. I’ve had this confirmed through first-hand experience with clients across a wide range of industries, geographies and backgrounds.

You can build a successful career or business if you invest time to understand who you are when you’re at your best, and how that can translate into value to others.

So that becomes the question - Who do you want to serve, and how?
